Training Protocols REDEFINED @ SpyDar Fitness

Unlock Your Potential: New Training Protocols at SpyDar Fitness

At SpyDar Fitness, we’re always evolving to bring you the most effective and engaging training experiences. Our latest programming updates are designed to maximize your results, challenge you in new ways, and keep your fitness journey fresh and exciting. We have kept our standard training types with a simple renaming and redefining of those old staple workouts plus the addition of a strength only based protocol. With that, let me introduce the four dynamic training protocols: SIT, HIRT, GRIT, and BILT.

SIT – Sprint Interval Training (REDEFINED - Formerly a SPRINT)

SIT is all about intensity. Expect short bursts of high-powered effort followed by adequate recovery methods. This interval blends strength + cardio for maximum impact. If you love fast-paced workouts that leave you feeling accomplished (and sweaty), this is for you. SIT is designed to push your limits while improving power, speed, and metabolic conditioning.

HIRT – High-Intensity Resistance Training (NEW)

HIRT is where strength meets intensity. This strictly strength-focused protocol is designed to create an anaerobic effect, pushing your muscles to work harder in a condensed timeframe. If you're looking to build strength and power without traditional cardio elements (think NO concept 2), HIRT is your go-to.

GRIT – Grind It Out Over Time (REDEFINED - Formerly a GRIND)

GRIT is about sustained effort and mental toughness. These workouts focus on endurance, work capacity, and resilience. You’ll be moving for extended periods, balancing strength and conditioning in a way that challenges both your body and mind. If you thrive on digging deep and pushing through, GRIT is where you’ll find your edge. GRIT is a feeling achieved through the selection of proper movement pairings.

BILT – Building Intensity Over Time (REDEFINED - Formerly a BUILD )

BILT follows a progressive overload model, strategically increasing the challenge as you adapt. Whether it’s strength, endurance, or overall conditioning, BILT ensures you’re always progressing without plateauing. If you’re in it for long-term gains, this method will keep you on track. Either the effort will increase in intensity or the modality will initiate the increase.

All of these protocols are designed to offer a unique challenge, ensuring there’s something for everyone at SpyDar Fitness. Whether you prefer explosive power, strength based challenges, endurance-focused sessions, or steady progressions, our updated training structure has you covered.

Ready to experience these new workouts? Let’s get to work and make every session count! LOOK for these updates to come in April of 2025! AND no this is not an APRIL fools joke.
