This service is available exclusively to SpyDar Fitness clients who are looking to supplement their training. It’s perfect for those looking to stay on track with their goals and have access to equipment or a gym.

HOW IT WORKS?

This program provides structured, intentional training to bridge the gap between our sessions. No more guesswork or random plans. You will receive a tailored program aligned with your fitness journey, all at a low, predictable cost.

1 - CONSULTATION

We’ll discuss your goals and the type of equipment available to you. We will talk about how this program will supplement your training days with me.

2 - PROGRAM DESIGN

I’ll create a 4-week plan specifically for you to meet your goals and work with your equipment specifications.

3 - ADJUSTMENTS

We’ll modify and progress the program as needed, ensuring it evolves with your goals. The feedback loop will be two ways. I will look to you for comments or questions so that you are progressing as planned.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

This program operates on a month-to-month basis, so you’re only committing to one month at a time. Each program you purchase becomes yours to keep, allowing you to build a personal library of workouts tailored specifically to your needs. These can serve as a long-term resource, empowering you to train confidently whenever and wherever you choose.

A customized plan aligned with your current training goals. These aren’t cookie-cutter programs. They’re designed around your fitness level, goals, and available equipment.

2 - ON-GOING SUPPORT

Weekly check-ins for guidance and adjustments, either via text or during your scheduled training sessions. You will have direct access to me for that month.

3 - CONSISTENCY

Your plans will match your current training with me and allow you to continue to work on your strengths and progress on your challenges. You’re guaranteed to stay on track and have a library of programming at your finger tips.
