SGT starts again!
Hi all - I’m excited to be back at Specialized Group Training which kicks off tomorrow at noon! This term will go 6 weeks, ending on September 30th. I want to take this opportunity to give you a little insight into the programming for this cycle. As most of you know we have 3 styles of intervals in Specialized Group Training. Each style is designed to illicit a different response utilizing varying work-to-rest ratios. I have added an additional Strength Training day for weights and NO cardio (bike, ski or row).
Next Up; The Perfect Week of Training. I will discuss my suggestions on how to map out the perfect week. Remember consistency is key!
