GRACE is the Word This Holiday Season! 🎄🎉
The holiday season is in full swing—Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Years are just around the corner. It’s that time of year when everything starts piling up: travel, food, parties, family, and, of course, the budget. All these things have one thing in common—STRESS. Whether it’s having too much of some or too little of others, it’s a lot to handle.
But here’s the good news: If you’re reading this, you’ve already got one powerful thing in your corner—fitness is a priority in your life. You’ve shown up for yourself time and time again this year, and I’ve seen your commitment firsthand.
So, as your coach, your friend, and maybe even your wise AF mentor, here’s my holiday reminder: give yourself GRACE.
✨ Eat a few more cookies.
✨ Have an extra glass of wine or beer.
✨ Soak in the time with family.
✨ And most importantly, breathe.
We’ll be back at it in early January, and I promise—it’s okay if your workouts are shorter, less frequent, or even on pause for a week. Do what you can with the time you have. Go for a walk. Stretch. Move your body in small ways. It doesn’t always have to be intense.
And if you take a week off entirely? That’s okay, too! You might even come back feeling refreshed and stronger.
Remember:
You’ve already built great fitness habits.
You’re part of an amazing fitness community.
You have all the tools to jump right back in.
This is your time to reset, recharge, and enjoy life. A few extra indulgences and a few less workouts won’t derail you.
Until then, travel safely, enjoy every moment, and have the happiest of holidays.
